Title: Technical Trainer – Global

Summary of the profile:

We are offering this opportunity to an enterprising individual with a proven track record in training to build, lead and manage a training team to service global markets. As Head of Training, he/she will work with our Senior Management Team to develop training strategies and tactics that will support our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth goals.

Job Description

  • Partner with global teams to assess regional needs, delivery readiness, and develop a global strategy for technical training for employees, partners and customers alike
  • Plan, design, develop, and deliver training curriculum for all audiences with content in various formats, including online learning primarily on Microsoft Technologies and the Resulticks Platform Training.
  • Develop strategies to maintain and exceed high levels of success for in-person delivery of classes as well as virtual learning
  • Manage the function of global technical training delivery with internal and external resources
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality and resource availability and balance globally
  • Manage the allocation of those resources and mentor them to deliver on the goals
  • Report out on the success key business indicators

Required Skills/Experience

  • 12+ years in a leadership role overseeing a global technical training delivery organization with demonstrated business knowledge
  • Post-graduation in management
  • Technical expertise that allows well informed decisions, usage of available tools, resources and training
  • Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, multi-cultural content, design and delivery teams of Soft Skills
  • Budgetary management, people and partner management, and resource allocation experience
