Summary of the profile:
The campaign manager is responsible for smooth execution of campaigns on different channels. The Campaign manager should coordinate with Technical team and Account management team to deliver the client requirements with thin the deadlines.
- End to end campaign management for different channels.
- Campaign performance analysis and reporting.
- Campaign set up and execution through the internal tools.
- Coordination with Account management team and technical team on campaign requirements.
- Understand the client requirements on campaigns and reports.
- Ensure the campaign execution as per the plan.
- Customer data analysis for client campaigns.
- Invoicing and billing for clients accounts.
Required Skills / Experience:
- 5+ years experience in Campaign Management (Digital Marketing).
- Candidate should have good knowledge on Digital Marketing channels like Email Marketing, SMS marketing, Social Media marketing etc.
- Should have experience in client serving or Account Management.
- Candidate should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
