Job Location: Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia

Reports to: Director -Customer Success

Job Description

  • An individual who represents the Resulticks Platforms and drives the revenue, this person must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time and work with existing clients as well as new logo opportunities.
  • Documentation of the outcome of the client interactions.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Develop a network of champions within each account through education, coaching and strong influencing skills .
  • Represent to our customers as a trusted advisor, advocate and marketing thought leader/subject-matter-expert .
  • Collaborate with customers to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue goals.
  • Be an expert on trends and best practices for digital marketing and analytics .
  • Enlighten our customers with insights gleaned from their own data and industry trends .
  • Ensure customers get maximum value from Resulticks platform functionality Liaison between your customers and all the internal teams
    Handle customer concerns with confidence, putting them at ease.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Strong preference of 7-10 Years of Digital Marketing client servicing experience.
  • In addition, a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience of having worked on local or regional accounts would be an added advantage.
  • General knowledge of digital design a plus .
  • Ability to think creatively and prioritize rapidly, as well as manage multiple initiatives simultaneously .
  • Energetic, self motivated and flexible to corporate pace as well as the dynamics of working with multidisciplinary internal teams.
  • Personable and able to interact well with co-workers, customers, and vendors .
